PROGRAM DIRECTOR OF PROCESS TECHNOLOGY (PTEC)
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Program Director of Process Technology will serve as the Director for the PTEC Program, Perkins and Tech Prep Programs and Internship Specialist. He/she will be responsible for seeking private and public funding sources to support endowments, fellowships, operations and advancement of the PTEC area. The Director will recruit, hire and assign PTEC faculty to courses and foster collaborations and partnerships with the PTEC industry.
Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree preferred. The candidate has 5 years experience with petrochemical operations, management and supervision in the industry setting. Knowledge of teaching, understands classroom methodology and development of curriculum. Experience with program and project management is desired. The director requires strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, organization, facilitation, planning, negotiation, coordination and interpersonal skills.
